It depends on what kind of performance it is, exhibition, commercial, musicvideo, half-time performance etc etc.

What is freestyle?
Simply explained, doing tricks with a football (you can read more about this if you click on "freestyle" in the menu).

Determination and fun while freestyling!

How long is one performance?
It depends, it is very flexible depending on what the client wants, but usually one performance is 3-5 minutes, but sometimes it is possible to set up a show which lasts for alot longer.

Which shoes are best for freestyle?
The one you feel more comfortable with, try a coupple of different brands and you will find your shoe.

How often should I freestyle?
Whenever you feel motivated and feel it is fun.
