It depends on what kind of performance it is, exhibition, commercial, musicvideo, half-time performance etc etc.

How long is one performance?
It depends, it is very flexible depending on what the client wants, but usually one performance is 3-5 minutes, but sometimes it is possible to set up a show which lasts for alot longer.

Which shoes are best for freestyle?
The one you feel more comfortable with, try a coupple of different brands and you will find your shoe.

How often should I freestyle?
Whenever you feel motivated and feel it is fun.
